Your number is verified with a code, then the team reviews your experience.

You accept the sales mandate and send your ID and payout details.

Each registered prospect is reserved for you for a limited time, extended as long as the file moves forward.

The team approves
The signature, then the merchant's activation on its first orders, are approved by the team.

Key rules

You present the official grid as it is: no special terms.
Any exception goes through a request to the team.
No promise of order volume or revenue to the merchant.
You act independently, never as an EAT & DRINK employee.
A prospect already a customer or followed by another partner isn't available.

Your pay depends on validated results, under the grid in force. No income is guaranteed.

How is this different from “Become a partner”?

“Become a partner” is for merchants who want to sell on EAT & DRINK. This programme is for sales professionals who help them join us.

Whom can I approach?

During the pilot, merchants: restaurants, fast food, bakeries, groceries, drinks sellers. Companies (Business) and advertisers (ADS) will open later.

How are my prospects protected?

The first valid registration is protected for a limited time, extended as long as the file progresses. When it ends, the prospect becomes free again. Conflicts are settled by the team.

When is a commission due?

Under the official grid: on the approved signature with the catalogue online, then on the merchant's activation on its first orders. It may be clawed back if the merchant leaves the platform during the guarantee period.

When am I paid?

Once a month, by Mobile Money or bank transfer, after approval by the finance team, above a minimum amount. A statement is available each month in your space.

Can I negotiate terms for a merchant?

No: the grid is official and non-negotiable. A special request goes through an exception request to the team.
